- Your conversations are completely private and only visible to you, creating a safe space to explore sensitive situations or group challenges.

Bite-Sized Wisdom
Prompts
Personos Prompts are proactive bite-sized suggestions, designed to be digestible, actionable, and delivered at the perfect moment in order to facilitate nudge-based growth and impact. Personal, relationship, and group prompts are built using the same information as the Reports and each Prompt comes with an example and reasoning so you can understand and apply it as you see fit.

Personal
We can get so caught up in the world around us that we forget to place appropriate importance on taking care of ourselves and our own internal growth. Thats why the first layer to Personos is all about you.
The first thing you'll do during onboarding is input some basic info about yourself and then take a quick 5 min FFM (Five Factor Model) personality assessment. You'll then be able to start using Personos immediately. Dynamic Reports, Chat, Prompts, and ActionBoard will all be available.
For even greater accuracy, you are also able to add additional personal context to your profile to help Personos understand you better. Information like your goals, description of your job, and any other notes from past experiences to your current environment, can all be added and will all be factored into Chat, Reports, and Prompts.
- Truly Understands You:
- We all know no two people are the same, which is why Personos is built on the Five Factor Model. 30 facets of personality scored on an 80 point scale, meaning a near infinite number of possible combinations. So when we say Personos truly understands what makes you uniquely you, it isn't a figure of speech.
Your Network
Relationships
Your Relationships are directly tied to your impact, success, happiness, fulfillment, etc. They are often considered the most important thing in life, yet because every one of them is so different, no solution like this has ever existed. That's why when the breakthrough in AI happened, we knew we had to build one that truly understands them.
To add a relationship simply click the button and add from your organization or enter their email and select the relationship type. Said relationship will be added to your sidebar, think of this is your perspective of the relationship. Any output, any context you add, message you write, is only visible to you. .
- Relationship Types:
- Personos changes based on the relationship type, whether one of the many coaching-specific types, co-worker, peer, friend, family, etc. Any output related to that relationship will be specifically for your unique dynamic.
- Custom Context:
- Just as with personal context, you're able to add additional context for each relationship. Fields are dynamic based on type and will be factored into every output.
Team Dynamics
Groups
A Group or Team operating in perfect synchrony is incredibly powerful, productive, impactful, and rewarding. It was the initial idea that sparked Personos. On the surface, groups are really just a ton of interconnecting individual relationships, yet the moment you are organized as a group, everything changes.
That's why we built Personos Groups. To create one, simply click the button and fill out some basic information about the group, and add the members. You'll all see the group in your sidebar, but everything each member sees is specifically for their relationship with the group.
