Personos Chat
The core of Personos. It allows you to describe a situation or problem you're facing and provides advice tailored to your personality profile and the profiles of others involved.
By considering the personality traits, contextual information, and the details of the situation, Personos delivers clear and specific guidance to help users navigate any interaction.

Use it for anything and everything you can think of, the use-cases are endless. If you have a question that involves you, or any other human interaction you observe or have, proactively or retroactively, ask away! Any conversations you have are only ever visible to you.
Dynamic Reports
To help you understand yourself and your connections more deeply, Personos generates fully dynamic reports for you, your relationships, and your groups.
Unlike top assessments companies which provide a set number of generic reports based on which category of personality you fall into, Personos reports are completely custom. You are not simply a "letter" or "color". We start with 30 personality facets on a 0-100 scale, factor in job title, description, goals, organizational context, and any other notes you provide, to craft a report specifically for you, offering personalized analysis and actionable tips tailored to your situation.
For relationships, we factor in both personalities and more custom context to design a report just for you, if the related user generates a report it will be completely different. You’ll see how personalities interact and get practical guidance to improve communication, resolve tension, and build trust.
For groups, all personalities are analyzed along with even more context levels, allowing the report to provide a clear view of collective dynamics, collaboration patterns, and areas for improvement. Whether you’re focused on personal growth, team performance, or navigating complex relationships, Personos gives you the insight to take action with clarity and confidence.
Discuss in Chat
Click the button next to any line of any of your reports, from a whole section to a specific tip, and that content is instantly brought into Personos Chat with all the context already understood. It knows exactly what you want to discuss, who’s involved, and how it connects to the personality profiles and situation.
From there you can dig deeper, ask “what ifs,” explore alternative strategies, or apply the advice to a current scenario. Zoom out for big picture guidance, zoom in for step by step coaching, or refine language before sending feedback to a teammate. Prompts
Personos prompts are proactive suggestions designed to enhance your communication, build stronger relationships, and navigate interactions with confidence.
Rooted in personality insights, each prompt provides simple, actionable tips personalized to your unique traits and the people you engage with, along with clear reasoning behind the suggestion.
These prompts are delivered seamlessly via notifications through your preferred medium and frequency, without requiring any extra effort from you.
Relationships
Though plenty of benefit can be had using Personos on your own, the system really shines when you include your relationships. By creating relationships for those you frequently engage with, you are able to mention said relationship in the conversational interface. This will factor in their personality traits, along with any additional context you add, in one easy step.
The aforementioned prompts will also be generated with a focus on enhancing specific aspects of your existing relationships by leveraging the personality insights of both you and the people you interact with most.

Groups
In your dashboard, you can also create groups of individuals who share a common connection, such as a team of coworkers. This allows you to mention the Group in the conversational interface as well, which is still only visible to you, but includes all the personality traits and contextual information in one click.
For these groups, Personos provides prompts offering advice based on the collective and individual personality traits of the group. These prompts are designed to help you navigate group dynamics, improve collaboration, and achieve whatever the group objective is set to be.
Personal
In addition to offering advice for improving your connections with those around you, Personos also develops prompts for you personally and the goals you want to achieve.
