Personos uses the Five Factor Model (FFM), the most scientifically supported framework for understanding personality. Unlike other personality tools that lump you into a preset type, color, or letter, the FFM uses 30 traits on an 80 point scale, understanding that no two personalities are the same. This approach provides accurate and specific insights into people's traits and interactions.

Relationships
This system enables you to improve all your human-to-human interactions. While still valuable used by yourself, adding those you interface with is how you'll get the best advice. Simply send an invitation, allowing the other person to start a free trial and complete their personality assessment, which will then allow the system to factor in their personality whenever it is relevant.
For professional relationships, you are already added to your organization if your company's domain exists in the Personos system allowing you to add your coworker with a click.

Context
Personos is designed to go beyond understanding your personality traits, it also takes into account key context about your personal and professional life. Your job, history, goals, organizational values, and any other information you wish to include, along with a multitude of other factors are all considered when providing answers to your questions. This extra context can be even added at the specific relationship or group level, past dynamics, experiences, your thoughts, etc.
By combining these details with the specific information you share about a problem or situation, Personos delivers responses that are truly just for that exact situation.

Privacy is a core element of Personos and a big competitive advantage to what is currently out there. All existing tools take your personality data and then surface every detail to team members, employees, leadership, etc. who draw conclusions and make decisions off that information without the level of expertise needed to do so accurately.
Because of how Personos is built and provides its value, showing your scores to anyone isn't necessary and thus is never done. Any general personality information that is surfaced to your relationships, is done in the context of how it can optimally benefit both parties such as 'considering their high level of creativity involve them in the brainstorming session'.

We also understand the importance of protecting your data from a security standpoint. In addition to following industry best practices, we implement extra steps to give you peace of mind, from having all authorization handled by FusionAuth hosted separately, to encrypting your personality data and any other personal information.
We also believe that enabling AI use needs to be done so safely, which is why we have safeguards in place to make sure Personos can't be used maliciously. If any of these safety measures are triggered it will stop generation and surface the error in case it was a mistake, but if a pattern is noticed, malicious users are removed.
