Christian Thomas
Co-Founder & CEO
Christian is a seasoned software engineer who has spent the last decade helping build and scale innovative products at multiple startups. This period has involved wearing many hats, from leading efforts in product innovation and design to architecting scalable systems. His ability to seamlessly blend technical expertise with strategic vision helps companies deliver robust, user-focused solutions and fuel sustainable growth.
Raised in Colorado, Christian earned two degrees from the University of Denver in Biology and Business Administration while competing at the Division I level in lacrosse. He now lives in Littleton, Colorado, with his wife and two dogs, enjoying skiing, traveling, and exploring new technologies.
Nick Blasi
Co-Founder & COO
Nick Blasi comes to Personos with a background in financial wholesaling within the 401(k) industry. He has served as both an individual contributor and a people leader, while also participating as a project team member on several initiatives spanning product, software, and marketing. Throughout his career, he has held and maintains multiple securities and variable insurance licenses.
A Colorado native, Nick stayed in the Centennial State to earn his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, double majoring in Economics and Political Science. In his free time, Nick enjoys reading about all periods of U.S. history and traveling as much as possible with his wife.
Greg Wambolt CFP, CLU, ChFC
Advisory Board Member
Greg Wambolt is the founder and owner of Wambolt & Associates, a leading wealth management firm based in Littleton, CO.
When Greg founded Wambolt & Assoc, he did so with a vision to create a firm that fosters a multi-advisory approach to wealth management. Realizing that "every financial decision has tax and legal implications," Greg designed a wealth management model that integrates financial advising with tax planning and legal services, providing clients with a comprehensive strategy for achieving their investment goals.
Outside the office, Greg is an avid outdoorsman. Fly fishing, clay sport shooting, hunting and biking are some of his favorite activities.
Alexis Sliva, Ph.D.
Consulting Psychologist
Dr. Lexi Sliva, a licensed psychologist in the Denver area, specializes in neuropsychological and forensic evaluations for youth, with a focus on trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and autism.
She holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and the University of Denver, with advanced training in neuropsychology and forensic psychology.
Now residing in Colorado, she loves spending time with her dog, Phoebe.
Bobby Thomas
Head of Research
Bobby Thomas is a Statistical Analyst with Colorado Public Health, with experience in quantitative UX research at Facebook and DAT. A Colorado native, Bobby enjoys mountain biking, climbing, and skiing in his free time.
With an M.S. in Cognitive Sciences from UC Irvine, Bobby specialized in Bayesian Cognitive Modeling and decision-making research. Bobby graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Passionate about behavioral data, he develops statistical models to simplify complexity and deliver actionable insights.
